The Kanban Maturity Model (KMM) workshop and Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP) workshop combine a powerful set of methods and tools to allow you to effectively lead change for your organization. KMPs who successfully complete both of the classes will be awarded the Kanban Coaching Professional designation backed by Kanban University.
