He is currently an Associate Director in LoyaltyOne and is responsible for the end-to-end service delivery of the Account Management group consisting of 30+ people across 6 functional departments.

Other than that, he is also a Career/Life Coach, Workshop Designer and Facilitator, Event Emcee, and Game Master.
